HOA Online Pay is available to unit owners whose homeowners association is using First Bank's Lockbox Service. This service enables unit owners to make assessment payments online. After registering for HOA Online Pay you will be able to:
- Make a one-time assessment payment
- Schedule future payments up to 12 months in advance
- Enter and update bank account and contact information
- Check the status of a scheduled payment or review previous HOA Online Pay
